Regulations for using cloud services of Tejarat Paydar Iranian Company (TEPA)
All customers (real and legal) of Tepa Cloud Services must be aware of the terms and conditions of use of Tepa Cloud Services and fully accept and accept the aforementioned conditions. The terms and conditions of use of Tepa Cloud Services are based on the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Obviously, with any change in the laws, these conditions will also be affected and will change. In view of this, Tepa reserves the right to delete, add or change any clause of these conditions while publishing them on Tepa’s official website at client.itpiran.net.
The subscriber acknowledges that all identity information provided, including addresses, contact numbers, identification information, etc., is correct and that he/she shall make the necessary amendments in the user panel with any change. If for any reason, the information is incomplete or untrue, all subscriber services will be suspended and the service fee will not be refunded. Only by providing correct and valid information will the services provided be released from suspension and reactivated.
The subscriber is obliged to provide a copy of his/her identification documents to “Tepa” within a maximum of one month from the date of purchase. If the subscriber refuses to send the documents for any reason, all his/her services will be suspended until the documents are sent.
Respected users of Tepa’s cloud services are strongly advised to change their passwords periodically and make every effort to maintain their confidentiality. The consequences of failure to maintain confidentiality will be the responsibility of the subscriber and Tepa will not be responsible in this regard.
The subscriber does not have the right to transfer or delegate his/her rights and obligations to any other person or natural or legal entities without obtaining official consent from Tepa, and in the event of such action, his/her service will be terminated.
The requested service will be delivered completely automatically after confirming the payment of the initial fee for the purchased plan.
The subscriber is obliged to pay and extend his/her credit no later than before the service charge is completed. Otherwise, Tepa has the right to suspend all transfer facilities and related services. If the period of non-payment extends to one week, the service will be permanently disconnected and TEPPA will not be responsible for the available data.
In the event of non-activation of the service or any discrepancy in the service provided with the requested specifications, the subscriber is obliged to notify TEPPA of the matter within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of purchase by registering a request in the support system, and TEPPA is obliged to make the corrections within a maximum of 48 hours.
All correspondence between TEPPA and the subscriber, including technical, financial, etc., will be conducted via the subscriber’s email or by registering a request in the support system. The subscriber is also obliged to take steps to correspond with TEPPA and facilitate support by registering a request in the support system.
Any correspondence regarding changes or sending confidential information must be made by registering a request in the support system or sending a written letter with the signature of the subscriber (or his representative) which is attached to the system.
He is obliged to take appropriate measures to maintain the confidentiality of subscribers’ information.
The subscriber undertakes to take the necessary measures to prevent any software and hardware disruption in the relevant service. Obviously, all legal and legal responsibilities arising from disruption are the responsibility of the subscriber. In the event of the above disruptions, TEP is authorized to turn off the service without prior notice and until the problem is resolved. In some cases, reconnecting will be accompanied by a fine.
The subscriber is obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any liability arising from failure to comply with the above laws is the responsibility of the subscriber and TEP will not be liable in this regard.
In the event of receiving a notice from legal authorities due to failure to comply with legal matters, TEP will be authorized to disconnect the service without prior notice. In this case, TEP will not be liable.
The subscriber is obliged To comply with the relevant laws, regulations and approvals in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Using the Internet service available on servers and IDC service in another location in any way (including using Tunneling, VPN, PPTP, etc.) is not permitted, and otherwise, TEPA is authorized to terminate the subscriber’s services.
In the event of any damage to TEPA or other third-party natural and legal persons resulting from the subscriber’s activities or failure to comply with the provisions of this agreement by the subscriber, the subscriber will be obligated and obliged to compensate for the damage and respond to the judicial authorities.
Given the necessity of quality control of the equipment installed in TEPA’s data center, TEPA can, whenever it deems appropriate, coordinate with the subscriber to carry out quality control matters. The subscriber is also obligated to provide the necessary cooperation.
The subscriber does not have the right to send large volumes of e-mails (spamming) that violate the rules of using Internet services and cause pressure on the equipment and disruption in the services of other subscribers. The subscriber undertakes that the IPs purchased due to acts that violate national and international laws will not be entered into any of the The blacklists are not valid, otherwise the subscriber is responsible for compensation and appropriate measures to remove the IPs from the relevant blacklists.
The subscriber does not have the right to disseminate materials that cause damage or violate the rights of natural or legal persons. The subscriber is responsible for failure to comply with this clause, and Tepa will not be responsible in this regard.
The subscriber is not allowed to send any viruses such as (Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses) or any viruses that may appear in the future, and is not allowed to do other destructive works such as
International services
Given that it is not possible for Tepa Company to access the content of the services and how users use international services, therefore, any responsibility for the use of these services lies with the users and Tepa is not responsible for the use of these services.
Based on the provisions and obligations of the contract between them and in accordance with the order of the competent authorities of the country, the use of data center services for the launch and distribution of VPN and proxy services is prohibited. Therefore, if the above cases are identified, all data center services will be disconnected in accordance with legal requirements and the information of the data center service recipient will be made available to the legal authorities.
Due to fluctuations in the dollar/euro exchange rate, if the difference in the dollar exchange rate from the beginning of the monthly service period is significant, the duration of the monthly period may be reduced or increased without prior notice.
