If to the limit What happens if I reach my monthly bandwidth limit?
You will receive a bandwidth usage notification when you have used 90% of your monthly traffic package. By default, your VPS will remain online after reaching your monthly bandwidth limit, but your VPS network connection will be limited to 10 Mbps for the remainder of the period. Bandwidth counters will reset to zero on the first day of each new calendar month. You can order additional bandwidth through our client area or a support ticket to keep your VPS on 1 Gbps network speed.
Can I order one of the additional IPv4 address(es)?
You can order an additional IP through our client panel as an add-on. Multiple IPs are possible upon request.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
All VPS plans available are instant-on. We have a 24-hour confirmation window that we use to manually review your order. Although your order will be processed immediately, we may contact you if we have any questions about your order.
