Physical security

Our locations are located in data centers with the highest demands for security and reliability. To ensure the physical safety of data, we use industry standard solutions such as:

• 24/7 security and access monitoring
• Access control to the building, server rooms and server cabinets
• 24/7 video surveillance systems
• Biometric access control systems and 2FA
• Emergency and redundant power systems and independent diesel or gas generators
• Additional network power supply

Infrastructure security

We use our own equipment in all locations – both servers and telecommunications systems. Access to the infrastructure for maintenance is provided by a multi-level control system, including key authorization, two-factor checks and access restrictions from trusted sites. We use role-based access control, which allows access to a specific component based on strict security policies. All activities related to access to infrastructure components are logged and constantly monitored.

User data security

We believe that user data is the highest priority in data protection. This means that access to data hosted on physical or logical storage is strictly limited and regulated. Technical support engineers and data center personnel are not able to access user data without direct instruction from the authorized data owner (user) and after agreeing the necessary details with the data owner. Direct access to hypervisors is limited to a group of engineers who perform maintenance on these infrastructure components.
